Inaugural Inductee Feb. 5th, 2000 Assistant Wrestling Coach SUNY Oswego 1975-76 Started intramural program at Wayland Central 1976 Started Wayland Interscholastic team in 1978, first team to be originated in the Northeast USA in many years. Implemented the Youth program now known as Wayland Area Wrestling Club Youth Team and HS Booster Club 1977 bought the 1st wrestling mats and began sending kids to camp, Coached 1st County Champion, Coached several Sectional Champions, Competed in Open competitions while coaching at Wayland. Wrestled from age 10 to 34. Inducted into LCAA Hall-of-Fame in 2000. |
