1. Only 8 People per Rank allowed. First come first served, however violent or innapropriate behaviour will result in removal, no exceptions.
2. The Tournament takes place on Planet Earth at the Ancient Boudakai Tournament Hall. You must be there for the signup date. Signing up takes no time at all.
3. Everyone who enters the tournament receives 300 Zeni.
4. In the tournament, Evil, or Good, the rules apply and no killing or backstabbing may take place. This will result in an instant banishment from the tournament and you will not receive any PL Increase, prizes or compensation Zeni.
5. During the Tournament your Power Level has no meaning. Even if you are at 500,000 and your opponent is at 100,000 it makes no difference. During the tournament PL differences will not count. Matches depend on abilities of the fighters, tactics and Luck.
6. Being in the tournament means you are classed as being in a subsection. Once in the tournament you cannot leave the subsection.
7. Travelling to the Tournament Hall is a one day action.
8. During the tournament you cannot engage in any spars or battles. Any battling of anyone outside the tournament will result in disqualification.
9. Anyone who enters regardless of place or rank will receive 300 Zeni and 10,000PL Increase for every battle won during the tourney plus a 1000 PL Increase for every battle lost. (exceptions people in top 4 places in each tier)
10. During the tournament, no transformation, power increasing moves or items may be used, e.g Oozaru, Sword/Armor, Smoke Capsules and special forms cannot be used. Similar for Super Saiyan ability, and x2 ablities. Use of any of these will result in disqualification.
11. Teleportation moves can be used within a match but teleporting away from the arena will result in a loss rather than tie.
12. No PL Adding items must come into use at any time during the torunament and Weighted Clothes or Gi will not have any affect on your PL increase in the battle. In fact they may slow you down depending on your PL so it is best if you un-equip them anyway.
