On day 19, after an expected switch, Patrick has been voted out of the new Kywai. He is the 4th member and the 4th old Shaakee to leave the game. Returning from TC #3, Patrick who has been saved by previous votes thanked his tribe "Thank you guys for not voting me". As soon as they reached their camp, the tribes had to come back to the challenge era where they learned that they would switch. "We all expected it" ,said someone in the old Kywai tribe, "We talked about it often before it happened". some people were happy with the switch "It will be a refreshing change" said Yuna. Others, thought that it sucked "I hate this switch! I would have liked to stay in Kywai" said Bryan.
With this new switch, everybody was feeling vulnarable, especially in Kywai where there was 4 old-Shaakee and 4 old-Kywai "I think everybody is feeling vulnarable at this point of the game" said Joey. At the Immunity challenge, the tribes had to unscramble words, but the rules clearly stated to not talk about it in camp. Desiree from Kywai gave all the answers in camp causing Kywai disqualification. "I feel bad I lost it for Kywai, I know that I can`t change the votes of few people who might vote for me" said Dez. But people gave her strenght by telling her how they would vote "I am not voting for you and it`s fine. Don`t stress about it" said Kristin. Even old Shaakee told her that they wouldn`t vote against her "I`m not voting for you Dez, don`t worry about it" said Pat.
At tribal council, suspense was in the air as 4 old Shaakee and 4 old Kywai weren`t sure how the votes would go.
Then, they all voted.
Desiree received 1 vote
"Dez, we would have won"
But surprisingly, Patrick received the 7 other votes
"Patrick, you are not someone I can relate to"
"My vote is for Patrick, cauz I want to get myself further in the game"
"I think that oild-Shaakee and old-Kywai doesn`t exist anymore, we are now NEW-KYWAI!!!!!!!!!!"
