On day 15, the 2 tribes had a big surprise in their treE-mail when I announced them that they were switching tribes! The switch occured as the one in Survivor:Africa
but, with a small difference. I previously asked Nicole and Ryan who on the other tribe they`d like to have on their team, those chosen have been switched up of team! (Ned, Angie, Nicole are now Baraka)(April, Kristin, Ryan are now Kumanjy). It was a big surprise for everybody! "I hate the switch! It breaks up the family of Baraka! I think that the 3 of them are great!" said Reck. "This is scandalous! I like the switch! sorry to see the others go, but I like to see new members of Kumanjy" stated Larry. The next day, day 16, I didn`t even feel that the tribes were separated! They were acting like if they were 1 big tribe! "Hope to get to all know you and have fun in our new tribe!" said Nicole.
At the Immunity challenge, the 2 tribes had to find whose survivor eyes was on the paper. Only 1 per tribe must e-mail me. There has been confusion and noone did the challenge! I couldn`t give Immunity to one tribe more than the other, it wouldn`t be fair. Here comes the second twist: The 2 tribes would go to tribal council BUT, 2 people were nominated, 1 from each tribe, the less active member. In Baraka, it was Jesse, in Kumanjy, it was Dustin. Everybody must vote either for Jesse or for Dustin. It was all in the strategy! "Wow! This has been a very shocking week! first the switch and now the double tribal council!" said Shelly.
Jesse wasn`t very shocked of that! "I saw it coming, part of me want to leave, another want to stay. I haven`t been enough active these last days..."
At tribal concil, many strategies were started as some old Baraka members voted for Jesse: "My vote is for Jesse, it`s all in the strategy man!"
Obviously, Dustin voted for himself again as many old Baraka: "I`m voting against Dustin because of the challenges, sorry Dustin!"
In the end, it was Jesse Honkson who`ve been voted out of Baraka tribe by a 7-5 vote.
