Along with the usual shite there were moments of pure radio genius.
Most of this genius was down to the remarkable antics of Dazza and Tazza.
They presented a weekly show, imaginatively titled, The Dazza and Tazza Show. Despite it's uninspired name, the features and format was excellent. It was a purely irreverent formula that really broke all the rules of radio and remember this was long before even Steve Wright was on the radio.
I've just set this website up to try and catalogue their antics. I happened to meet Dazza and Tazza a few times so i've got some photographs and even some recordings of their shows.
