| TIPS FOR TRY-OUTS * Get a good night's rest the night before. * Have a complete breakfast and lunch, not eating will make you tired and could ruin your performance. * Be positive, if you keep telling yourself you can't, eventually you won't be able to. * Stretch, Strech, Strech! * Don't freak our if you mess up! Just keep going, you never know, the judges might not have even been watching you at that point. * Practice at home with your try-out group, make sure you have everything synchronized. * Practice in front of the mirror, it always helps to watch yourself. * Good luck! |
