Enemies, Friends, Family and Lovers

Vivian has had a few family members who have passed through Salem, and a one who has stayed.
John Black is Vivian's nephew. By birth John's name is Forest Alamain, the Alamain's were a European Royal Family. Johns father Leopold is Vivian's brother.
John also had a brother, thus giving Vivian another nephew. His name was Lawrence Alamain. Lawrence was a bad guy, and Vivian was often his ally. He raped Jennifer, tried to kill many people, succeeding in killing Steve Johnston. Framed Bo for drug dealing, and plotted to make sure John never got his hands on the Alamain fortune.
Nicholas is also Vivian's relation. Again, he is her nephew. Nicholas was just a man in love. He loved his "aunt Viv", but didn't like her scheming. Although he tried to steal Kate from Victor.

In the late 90's we discovered that Vivian had a previous relation with Stefano. She knew him as Rudolpho. When she found out who he was she firstly wanted nothing to do with him. But the pair joined forces, despite a mutual disliking for each other.
Stefano implanted a chip in Vivian to control her moods as she wanted the house from her deceased husband, Jonesy. Stefano believed the house belonged to him, and wanted it off Vivian.
Vivian also had a previous relationship with Victor, and he was always the man she wanted. She tried to get him back many times, but Victor always ended up with his love, Kate.

Vivian wasn't short of enemies. Her first main enemy in Salem was Carly Manning, who had custody of Vivian's nephew, Nicholas. Vivian framed Carly for the murder of Carly's patients, and then buried Carly alive.
After that Kate was always Vivian's main enemy, and the pair often had bitching and sparring matches, they also had physical fights on occasions.
Stefano also turned into one of Vivian's enemies, even threatening to kill her and Ivan.

Apart from Ivan, Vivian never had friends parse, she usually had allies. Kristen, Sami, John,  Stefano, Jonesy, and Victor were all at one point an ally of Vivian's.
