The key to meditation is breathing. Meditation can help calm your mind, think clearly, and some times see the future.

lesson 4: meditation

Find a place where you can sit that's peaceful. Now close your eye's and consentrate on what you hear around you and try to visualise what that sound might be. Then focus your atention on the galaxy, then the solar system, then the earth, then your country, then where you are sitting and focus on your thoughts and feelings. And that's all you need to do.
