Perhaps this is our fault. After all, aside from voting for the ancient clan leader and determining his term of office, we have never truely defined the role of Prince, nor have we effected any other areas of governing. This is our failing as citizens of the dark city.
Therefore we meet in Congress, coming together regardless of alliances condentration of blood, age, or power, to determine our unified futures in the city we call home. May we, the First Vampiric Congress of RavenBlack City, be wise and guided in our thinking, and may our meeting bring a good benevolent government to our city, for truly does the city belong, not to the humans, but to us!
