| This is a place where vampires of the Ravenblack City can resolve their, and other's problems with the help of the Judges and vampires like you. Simply state the problem and the discussion will begin. It is not guranteed that you will win the case, but it is more than likely if the justice is on your side. This is most obviously a discussion board, where heated arguments cannot be avoided, which is more or less the best way to hear everyone's opinion so that a fair ruling can be made afterwards. It is one of the Cour's main jobs. You do not have to be a member unless you are a judge or want to be a judge.
