Daybrightener Kennels is placing the above individual on the waiting list to hold a future Labrador Retriever or Boxer puppy of the above-mentioned sex and color (if entered). All other information provided above will be considered in helping the individual select his or her new puppy. The order in which the deposit is received is the order in which the purchaser will be placed on the waiting list. Upon receipt of the deposit Daybrightener Kennels will notify the purchaser of his or her position on the list.  If no puppy meeting the two primary criteria is whelped, then the purchaser will remain on the list for future litters, unless Daybrightener Kennels is notified that the purchaser wishes to be removed. Or if a puppy meeting the above criteria is whelped and the purchaser opts not to purchase at that time, they will remain on the list for future litters, unless Daybrightener Kennels is notified otherwise.  If at anytime Daybrightener Kennels cannot reach the purchaser by the above stated contact methods, the purchaser will be removed after two weeks from the list and the deposit kept by the kennel. We highly recommend that purchaser's notify Daybrightener Kennels of any change in contact information.  Daybrightener Kennels will keep the purchaser informed on breeding, pregnancy and whelping information. Once puppies are whelped, timely updates will be provided to the purchaser.

Signing of the sales contract, health guarantee and spay/neuter contract (if applicable) is required at the appropriate time. Sales contract and spay/neuter contract (if applicable) will be signed at the second payment time (when the pup is 3 weeks of age). Health guarantee will be signed before the puppy leaves Daybrightener Kennels facility.  Daybrightener Kennels is bound by this agreement to place the above-mentioned purchaser on the waiting list and provide a puppy meeting as closely as possible to the above-mentioned criteria, unless we are notified by the purchaser to remove him or her from the list.  The purchaser is bound by the agreement, and if the purchaser breaks this contract the deposit is retained by Daybrightener Kennels as a breach of contract. The purchaser understands by signing this contract that the deposit is non-refundable. The purchaser's also understands and agrees that the second payment is due when the puppy is 3 weeks old. This payment will be half the purchase price minus the $25 deposit. Final payment is due at the time of pick up or one week before shipping.

**PLEASE NOTE:  Personal Checks will be held until they clear the bank. Checks and money orders need to be made payable to Jason Adams.
***Payment can be made online through www.paypal.com also using your checking account and/or a major credit card to me using my email address, [email protected].  I personally have used Paypal to buy and pay for items bought and sold at Ebay for several years and highly recommend it for its ease of use.  If you take the option to pay online you still need to send me all necessary signed and dated contracts by mail.  (They can be printed from the website or I can send them to you by mail.)
