TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

*Stud fee is payable before any services will be rendered.
No fee refunded in whole or in part. Daybrightener Kennels in no way guarantees a profit from resulting litter. Daybrightener Kennels guarantees at least ________ puppy(s). If the bitch fails to produce puppy(s) or if the bitch fails to conceive, a return service will be given on the next heat, and only the next heat, to the SAME bitch. For assurance that the bitch is in heat Daybrightener Kennels reserves the right to see the bitch and have her examined by a Veterinarian. The litter owner can sell no puppy from this resulting litter to any establishment mass-producing dogs. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the litter owner paying the stud owner $1000 per puppy sold to such establishments. Daybrightener Kennels will sign the litter application upon verification of a litter whelped and no later than 2 weeks after whelping.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

REQUIREMENTS FOR BITCH: (Must be presented before any service will be granted.)
1. Proof of current vaccinations.
2. Current brucellosis test.
3. Current physical by licensed veterinarian and letter stating the bitch is in good physical condition and healthy.
4. Three-generation pedigree.
5. Proof of registration with approved kennel club (i.e. American Kennel Club, Canadian Kennel Club, etc)
Both parties by signing this contract agree that they have read and understand the terms and conditions within. Both parties, by signing, are bound to this contract until completion.
