Sale and Guarantee Supplements
- Daybrightener Kennels is under no circumstances whatsoever obligated for any veterinarian expenses or medical procedures after the sale of the puppy/dog including but not limited to the following: physical exams, vaccinations, special diets, surgery, medications, x-rays, emergency calls, treatments, or medicated baths except as stated in these contracts.
- This puppy is sold and represented as a pet and companion animal only. Daybrightener Kennels is not responsible for its show or field qualities or lack of them.
- Under no circumstances except in the clauses listed will there be any cash refunds.
- Although inevitable in pet ownership, emotional attachment by the purchaser, cannot be considered in policy decisions.
- All warranties and guarantees concerning puppies sold by Daybrightener Kennels are only valid with the original purchaser and are not transferable to anyone. These guarantees and warranties are not extended to any other animals/pets with which this puppy may come into contact with and Daybrightener Kennels is not responsible in any way for these other animals/pets.
- X-rays, autospy reports, and diagnostic letters are required per the above policies (at the purchasers expense if applicable) and must be submitted to Daybrightener Kennels when requested or this warranty becomes invalid.
- In the event of a medical problem with the puppy, the puppy must be returned to Daybrightener Kennels when requested with the owner paying for shipping/handling.
- This warranty will become invalid if this puppy does not receive an annual check-up (after puppy is at least one year old) by a licensed veterinarian.
- Daybrightener Kennels is not responsible in any way for problems related to behavior, environment, or training or the lack of.
- In event that this puppy is eventually bred Daybrightener Kennels is in no way responsible for the show or field qualities or lack of them in the puppies. Nor is Daybrightener Kennels responsible for any costs associated with the breeding or whelping of puppies of this animal.
I, as purchaser have read and approve of the above supplement. I understand that there are no oral representations/warranties/contracts not contained herein and that these written contracts contain the entire agreement between the parties.
