BREEDER/PURCHASER RELATIONS


    The seller wishes to express the kennel's devotion to the purchaser and puppy/dog should any questions or needs arise. Daybrightener Kennels is available by phone, mail or email
should the purchaser need to contact the seller. We will make every effort to notify the purchaser of any change of address, phone number or email address.

    We ask that the purchaser keep us informed on any contact info if you move, change phone numbers, etc. We do this because each of our puppies sold are micro-chipped and we are a contact for AVID's PetTrack
for your puppy. This will help insure that if your puppy is lost and we are contacted we will be able to re-unite the pup with you.

    Also, annually, Daybrightener Kennels mails out Christmas and/or birthday cards to your puppy/dog and you. We encourage purchasers to notify us of any change in address so that you may receive our holiday and/or birthday wishes. Please notify us of change of address in writing so that it may be added to you puppy's/dog's file here at the kennel. We love to receive letters from you and especially love to receive pictures of you and your puppy/dog during your lifetime together. All letters are added to your puppy's/dog's file and pictures are hung in our home and photo albums.

    Daybrightener Kennels understands that sometimes pets must be placed in new homes. We require that the owner give us, Daybrightener Kennels, first right of refusal. The new owner must contact us first before selling, giving away, adopting out, placing in a shelter or rescue, putting down (except for health reasons), etc their puppy/dog. Do not abandon, put down (unless for health reasons), or give your puppy/dog to a shelter or rescue. Please contact us and we will gladly take the puppy/dog into our home or find him/her a suitable and loving home.

    We will take back any puppy/dog from our breeding anytime during its life. (Any puppy/dog returned must be returned with any and all paperwork supplied by the seller at the time of sale and with a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating that vaccinations are up to date, puppy/dog has had a negative heartworm test within 30 days, the puppy/dog has had a negative fecal within 30 days, and that the puppy/dog appears to be healthy and well cared for. Transportation of the puppy/dog to Daybrightener Kennels is the financial responsibility of the owner(s). NO REFUNDS.
