Daybreak Territory at the moment consists of the four larger islands in the southern half of the Eastern Ring Islands. The largest, being the one the weyr is on. The one south of the Weyr Island is a bit smaller and holds the fresh water lake that the weyr uses for drinking water. The next one to the south is the island that houses Nightfall Camp, the home of the renegades. The last one is the one that Daybreak Hold calls home.
If you are curious, I looked at the map in 'The Dolphins of Pern' for reference, the island used for the weyr is next to the word 'Eastern' in the phrase 'Eastern Ring Island'
