Welcome all to the official Unfuck the World campaign website. This campaign is the brainchild of Mike Sanders and Craig Dooley. Essentially, UFW is a group of people who are dissatisfied with the current, very fucked up, state of the world. This organization is loosely based upon some of the Jewish ideas expressed in the concept of Tikkun-olam, or repairing the world. The founders are also avid listeners to the music and protesting lyrics of Rage Against the Machine. Many of our ideals also come from their lyrics and causes they believe in.
Also, we highly recommend and advocate the use of satire. Ideas expressed in programs and publications such as Editorial Humor, The Onion, The Daily Show, and Saturday Night Live are all higly valued by the founders.
Do not mistake us for an anti or pro war with Iraq group, as we have members with differing points of view on this issue. This is part of the beauty of UFW, as no matter our differing opinions, we can still agree on one thing: the world needs to be unfucked up.
