| I have been in the I.T field for many years, given the down turn in this area I needed additional skills to get the kind of job I am looking for. The details of the accounting process that I have learned has made it clear to me that I can weld together my past experience and the knowlege I have gained from this program to give me opportunites for a new career. What I have learned has put into perspective many of my experiences from the past. As an IT Analyst I supported the computer on which the accounting system ran but I didn't know what the accounting department was doing with it.
