Edited the Other section of the main site.  Added a blog/update section to help make the site easier to browse through.  I hope to add a calender to view either in the Other section or in the page to where the link to the forums are (This is still being decided).  I hope to add an e-mail feedback section later,  so that it makes it easier to contact the site manager for SERIOUS concerns or questions.  Some comments might be accepted, depending on how it goes.  Still working on getting the site map worked out, and I'm still open to ideas for the site banner.  It's been decided that there will be both an animated version and a non-animated version of the banner to help make it easier to those who want one or the other.  Also deciding on if some sites will be able to have their banners located in the side-bar, but that's still in disdussion.
