PLOT 1
The dinosaurs were thought to have been destroyed on Isle Nublar, but Richard Levine has proof that says they didn't. That they survived. The Government plans a military operation to go to the island to wipe out the remaining dinosaurs. That is, until something goes wrong...
PLOT 2
We were going to use an early Jurassic Park 3 rumor. A second Ice Age comes and wipes out the majority of the human race, but the Jurassic Park and Site B dinosaurs evolved with feathers and protected hides, so they survived and a group of people take them off the islands and they escape on the mainland, and they  reproduce. it's years later, and there's more dinosaurs then humans, and humans have to find a way to fight back to save their planet and their race.
PLOT 3
Ever wondered how those people on the boat at the end of The Lost World: Jurassic Park died? That's cause a pack of Raptors had snuck onboard and killed them, then when the ship crashed and everyone was pre-occupied with the Tyrannosaurus Rex, they snuck off and hid in the city.

That's when mysterious deaths start occuring. Over time, after the killer or killers are never aprehended, the pack of Raptors are sighted and everyone is evacuated. The military is sent in to get rid of the Raptor threat, and along with them are Ian Malcolm and Alan Grant as advisors.
PLOT 4
Very similar to the finished product, except that instead of Costa Rica, it takes place in the Congo and they discover a secret that goes back much furhter then Jurassic Park and Isle Nublar.
