Jeremiah was taken at birth due to false allegations made by a CPS worker.
Micah has successfully completed EVERY court requirement that she can effect by her own efforts.
As a result of her successful completion of those services, CPS illegally required her to attend a second parenting program. CPS sent her to the worst “Hands on Parenting” program in Spokane County: The Children’s Ark. Run by Paul and Janet Mann,
The Children’s Ark has only helped to reunite ONE family in five years of “providing services” to CPS victims.
Public Defenders in the Spokane PD’s office say that they know when someone is sent to this program, CPS is setting them up to fail.
Micah has NO history of drug abuse, violence or involvement with Law Enforcement.
CPS has lied about these issues repeatedly in sworn testimony.
Federal Law mandates that CPS make every effort to reunite Micah’s next court date is Thursday, Feb. 19, 2004, @ 1:30 p.m.
