One night I found myself in one of the cars on a train taking me into the ship yard and docking district, I had made a trip into the city because I needed supplies,and I had fallen Asleep there. Now get this, this crazy kid tried holdin me up with my own damned Gun. You should have seen that Kids face when All I did was grin at him. He was doubly suprised when I disarmed him, and put my gun away. He came at me again of course, and for a little while it was like a game. He'd come after me, and I'd bat him away, but finally I got tired of the game. Then asked him why the hell he came after me in the first place. The boy told me his name was Kevin Jackson that he was blood of the shadowlords and told me about the "big beasties" that came after him. He said they had vivesected his parents right in front of his face. he said they were talking to him about them wanting him to join them. He said he needed help, and that I was just the person to do it. Sounded like spiral dancers to me, so I agreed to help him. I figure the the black spirals thought that becuase he was a kid he'd be more pliant. Pliant?*scoffs* Hell No that Kid is the most stubborn Ass that you'd ever wanna meet, and I got stuck with him.
Yeah yeah you heard me I got stuck with him. I took him under my wing, protected him, and when it was all over he stuck to me like Glue though I'd have to admit its been fun he's been like an Annoying little brother. Anyway figured "hey Im running he has no where to go so why not go together. He's not really a bad Kid after all Just likes going off half cocked acting like he's the shit. Luckily I've been able to teach him something during the years we've been together. We've both survived to make it back to necro, back to where we started from, back into the heart of darkness. |
