Your Hors D'oeuvre plate and bowl are handcrafted from our kilns. As the heat melts the glass, it turns into a flattened version of the original. These can be used as Hors D'oeuvre trays for cheese, crackers, grapes, etc. They are also flattened with a hook so they can be hung on the wall when not in use. Some bottles are also molded which resemble a bowl-like shape. The molded bottles can be utilized for bread-dipping oils, relish trays, spoon rests and other functional/decorative purposes. A decorative spreader, spoon, or fork completes this piece of recycled glass art.
All of our bottles are hand-crafted and unique. Each bottle is cleaned and fired in our kilns at temperatures up to 1500 degrees. The bottles collapse on themselves giving them each distinct characteristics and personalities of their own. Each bottle comes with a choice of a knife, fork, or spoon that is wrapped with either beads, shells, or beach glass.

The bottles vary; basically anything that is glass can be fired. Some examples of bottles are Absolute, Grey Goose, Corona, Wine bottles, Rolling Rock, Belvedere, Bombay Sapphire, etc. Please indicate the color preference of the glass when ordering bottles.

Special bottles can also be fired such as those bottles from engagements, weddings, and other types of celebrations.

The spreaders, knives, or spoons can be hand-wrapped with wire and beads to add to the uniqueness of this item. It is used to complete each piece of artwork. When ordering the spreader, knife or spoon, please indicate the color preference of the beads to be used. Beads can also be large or small, depending on preference.
Please enjoy the many assortments of wine bottles, liquor bottles, beer bottles and soda bottles crafted into Hors D' oeuvre Plates and bowls. Each piece is a unique display of bottle art and a great recycling effort.
