This is me in the dress that I designed (with the help of multiple magazines) and my mom sewed.  I designed and put together my headpiece and veil (every last pearl and sequin).  My mom finished putting the 23 white roses on the back of the dress at 2:00 in the morning the day of the wedding.

The Wedding Party consisted of my friends and family and Chey's family and one friend.  From left to right they are:

(backrow) Calvin - bestmand and Chey's dad; Pastor Williams; Chey - groom; Mackey - groomsman and Chey's friend; John - groomsman and Chey's brother; Todd - usher and candlelighter and my brother; Ronnie - my daddy; Shane - usher and candlelighter and my brother.

(frontrow) Natosha - junior bridesmaid and Chey's niece; Laurie - junior bridesmaid and my sister; Carol - bridesmaid and my friend; Sherry - bridesmaid and my friend; Kim - maid of honor and my friend; Me - the bride; Rusty - junior groomsman and my brother; Cody - junior groomsman and Chey's nephew.

The georgous little flower girl is Jenna Paige.  Her mama is Sherry.  The cute little ring bearer next to her is Ranse-Michael, my baby brother.  He was so excited because he actually got to carry the rings and hand them to the preacher. He had the most important job of all!!

Here we are feeding each other cake.  My mom made the cakes.  They were basket-weaved with each (4) being a different flavor.  I had Precious Moments figurines on top:  the bride and groom and the ringbearer and flowergirl.

The reception hall was decorated to look like a garden with lattice work scattered throughout the room and lots of flowers and twinkle lights.

After the buffet style dinner, dancing began.  We had everything from two-steps, line dances, slow dances and hip-hop.  We even had YMCA and the bunny-hop.

When we were leaving, the guests formed two lines through the reception hall.  They rang little bells to send us on our way.  Some guests decided that they had to throw something (since I didn't provide them with rice or birdseed) so they threw their bells at us.

But all went well and we had a blast.  Hopefully I will never have to go through the headache of all this again.  We had a lovely night that I will remember forever (that is to remember, never to repeat!!!)
