"Personal
Favorites (2)"

 |
 |
 |
"Sixx" the Siberian Husky is owned by Tish Brockmire. This
is one of my very favorite shots. Of course, Sixx is a beautiful dog, but the
artistic qualities of this photo have always intrigued me and obviously others.
|
Uniacke Max the Golden Retriever
The photo of "Uniacke Max" was chosen as one of my favorites obviously
for the lighting effects and the warm tones, clarity, and expressiveness.
|
CH Vista's A
Golden Finale CD, PT, NA, CGC, HTC the Belgian Sheepdog
The photo of "Acer" above especially attracted me for the contrast of the
black dog against the white snow, the green in the trees, the expression of the dog and
the composition of the photo.
|

"Roxy" the Chihuahua
This October 2001 photo captured me from the beginning. Maybe it was the clarity,
the interesting composition, or the colors. Of course, adorable Roxy played a part
in my decision! Maybe it was all of the above. |

The photographer of "Scout"
the yellow Labrador Retriever caught his regal beauty in this photo. Scout was one
of our August 2001 contestants. |

"Spike" the Border Terrier said, "LOOK AT ME!" in
this photo. Clarity, color, composition and subject made this a personal favorite of
mine.

|
"Champ
Martin" the Brittany Spaniel/Lab Mix
How can one resist a photo of a dog doing what he was meant to do? Plus, look
at the colors in Champ Martin's photo! What a bright and beautiful photo. |
"Soda"
the White German Shepherd
I just could not resist the expression of this pup, the clarity, coloring and
setting of this photo!
Photo submitted by Jeroen Janssen.
|
"Tucker
and Baboo" the Golden Retrievers. Tucker is owned by Carol Durkee. How
could one not like this photo? |

What an absolutely irresistable photo of Ginny the Golden
Retriever and Gravy (the cat) sent in by Anna Barrett! This photo was a June 2001
contestant. |
"Lexxi" the Belgian Tervuren is owned by Suzanna Brabant.
Such a captifying shot! |
"Murphy"
the Bernese Mountain Dog
Not only did Murphy's soulful look capture my attention, but the clarity of the photo did
as well. It is nice to have the subject take up most of the picture frame as well. |

"Auggie Doggie", a six
year old Newfoundland,
celebrating Thanksgiving!
