Abby's Favorite Davy Items

This is a small example of certain items I have in my vast Monkees collection which pertain to Davy. If you have any questions about these items, let me know!

This ad was posted in "Billboard" magazine to promote Davy's first album, "David Jones".

Here is a sealed copy of the hard to find tapes of Davy reading his autobiography, "They Made A Monkee Out Of Me"

This is the Halloween costume meant for little girls who admired Davy to wear! There was a mini-skirt costume for each Monkee and then a regular costume for boys to wear! I think it's funny to put Davy's mask with a mini-skirt!

This keychain was sold at Davy's Australian tour in the 80s.

The pictures above are the front and back views of the Cornerstone Communications limited edition autographed card. This card was found in about 1 out of every 200 packs of cards or so, I think. It is authentically autographed by Davy (one was done for each member of The Monkees) and wouldn't you know, I happened to find it!

The photo above is of a notepad that came with one of the several Davy Jones fanclub kits that were in circulation during the mid-late 60s. I have the folder and promotional pictures and letter to go along with this stationary as well. The only thing missing is the fanclub button. I saw a complete set (with the button) sell for over $200 on Ebay and I got mine, which was only missing the button for about $50!

The picture above is a card from a set called the Lord Neilson's Star Cards and contained some basic stats on Davy's career up to the 60s.
