There are two ideas behind Back-Issues.com. The first is

Allow people to free up space at home – there’s nothing more annoying than magazines cluttering up your house! Most of the time you never read them again anyway.
Give people a place and a chance to browse back issues of their favourite magazines. One man’s (or woman’s, let’s not discriminate) dirt is another man/woman’s gold.

Now, surely by bringing these two ideas on the internet are bound to a little interest from internet users like you or I, and buyers and sellers on ebay will have somewhere to meet ‘behind the scenes,’ if you will.
