| 8/14/01 Yes, I've become really lazy with updating lately. Some think I'm into other things, some think I'm sick. Well, here's the real reason: I'm Batman! Anywho, today's the day I add something new, so I'll add it. Then its back to saving the world, gah, barely get any free time. -Batman ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8/9/01 Decided something to update, I'll get it tomorrow though, too much effort. Hmm...saturday is my b-day. Maybe I'll have a good day for once. Ah well. I'll be going now. Oh yeah, guestbook is down for repairs. Sorry. I'll try to get it back up asap. -General Duke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8/7/01 Can't decide on what to update. So I'll talk about...the duck that is watching me. There is a duck that follows me around everywhere. I bet you're asking yourself right now, does this story have a point. The answer is no. But I'm describing arathnaphobia. -General Duke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8/6/01 I discovered a major error with the guestbook, I may have to close it down for a while. When you sign it, it won't go back to the real page. Thats not good, obviously. If I take it away for a while, I'll add a page for those who did sign it, and what they wrote and such. I apologize. Sheesh, what a way to come back to reality, all day I've been having problems of all sorts with everything. Oh well. -General Duke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8/6/01 Well, I'm back now. Much more relaxed, kinda wish I could go back to Georgia, but hey. Had a lot of fun. Now back to the real world :(. Anywho, I added some items left by enemies. Heh, its odd how you play the game for years, then in one run through the game you find all these things that you looked for all those other times. I have a theory that all the enemies leave an item. So far, it looks like it could be true. But I realize that I'd get an item from a few while trying to get another item. If that made sense. Well, back to work...after I order a steak and cheese sub. -General Duke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7/28/01 Back, but for 10 minutes, added a quick update, someone found the Gutsy bat. And whoever e-mailed me, sorry, I deleted the mail in the panic of rush. To the one who sent the Gutsy bat thing, tell me your name, I'll post it up, to the other kid, e-mail me again. Well, gotta get ready for a relaxing week. And Nikki, since I didn't get to see you, I love you. -General Duke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7/21/01 Ok, I lied, this is my last update. Just wanted to check the hits, and I am psyched. I approved the one submission I got overnight, it made me laugh. Let me just say, I can't wait to be back, and when I am, I may totally change the layout, and even have someone helping, so you'll see twice as many updates. Though the site is far from done (it'll always be under construction), for now, I get a 2 week break, first to Georgia, then to a local place. If you write something in the guestbook, it won't show up til I get back, I'm doing something to help prevent this "Guestbook Demon" as I call him. I think I know who it is too. While I'm gone, I'll think of a new design for the site, maybe even redo the whole thing under something else. I'll also design a new Battlebot, but you all can't see it. Thats about it, I'm gonna go pack for my vacation. -General Duke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7/19/01 What a day, wasn't too good. I finished the items section, hooray! It was a tough ordeal, but its been something I've wanted to do for the longest time. Weapons will either be done today or tomorrow. And one last thing I'd like to address. If you're not gonna say anything nice, don't sign the guestbook. I've never seen so many swears in a guestbook and a threat all in the same entry. I don't fear the kid though. I think he even framed someone, not sure. To let you know, I do read them, and I will delete anything I don't like. Especially on a day like this, where nothing goes wrong and I just wanna hit someone. I've barely got time to write this update. Gotta go. -General Duke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7/16/01 First time I've had 2 updates in the same day. Well, the reason is, I added some more clay images. I'm still in phase 2, getting the pictures. Phase 3 is make a huge thing. I'll also be getting more sounds, and if you'd e-mail me with the mp3s you'd want, I'll get that done too. Please do, I've got a lot, they're all waiting to get on the site. I'm gonna make the dedline be August 20th, so you've got over a month to e-mail me about that. -General Duke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7/16/01 Heh heh, I lied. I'm done with the game images section, go check it out. While I was doing it, an idea popped into my head. I'll get a lot of pictures and sort them all out neatly. So I'm gonna get to work on that once I'm done writing this. I've also added a new link to a very good site. I've got a lot of work to do, so I'll leave it at this.
