I'd like to dedicate these photos to Jack and Amy who don't get too many opportunities to see Nitocris play as they can't get into licensed venues yet, and couldn't make it to Wangaratta which is over 2 hours north of Melbourne. The girls let their hair down in Wangaratta, Kira and Gana literally. It was an all ages event put on by Freeza, a Victorian Government body promoting alcohol and drug free youth events, as part of National Youth Week. As you can see from the photos, all ages means from 6 to 50. Everyone enjoyed it when Megan's kids got up on stage to dance with the girls. They have been fans of the band for over 4 years. Which means they started VERY young. On the other hand Leigh was in his late forties when he started. What other band has such a diverse following.
