The Girls just can't keep away from Victoria. This time it was at the Geelong Performing Arts Centre, and most of the Melbourne gang showed up. The girls were the headline act at the end of a Battle of the Bands competition. Its great to see the girls encouraging new bands, especially since they are independant themselves. It was like being at the movies. They even had reserved seating, but that was never going to stop a large number of people from gathering in front of the stage to dance. The security were OK about it which was good. It's a pity I can't say the same about their attitude toward cameras. They gave both Megan and I a hard time as we tried to get some photos. As you can see here I did get some. The stage was enormous, and the girls were a fair way back from the edge making photos difficult, and there was no way I could get any shots of Andi or Kira (sorry girls) as I was at one end of the stage. I'm sure Megan will have some though, as she was at the other end. By the end of the night we were both deaf from standing next to the P.A.
