Located on Middlebelt at the northeast corner of Ann Arbor Trail, the DAV Thrift Store is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.   A handy drive thru donation drop-off area is available.  For more information about the store call (734) 513-6020.

Items that Thrift Store can accept:
Men’s, women’s and children’s clothing

Baby and infant clothing and toys

Shoes of all kinds

Bedding and draperies

Books

Records tapes, CDs, DVDs and VHSs

Magazines

Headboards and Footboards (must be a complete set)

Small electrical appliances

Radios and small TVs

Baby furniture

Lamps and lampshades

Coffee tables and end tables

Dining room sets (in good repair)

Jewelry

Dishes, pots and pans

Toys, puzzles, games

Kitchen utensils

Area rugs

Lawn mowers and tools (clean and in good condition)

Refrigerators and freezers (they must be clean, plugged in, and cold when the driver arrives)

Sofa sleepers (Requires a special pickup)

All furniture that is in good shape and nothing broken or needing repair or cleaning

Items that cannot be accepted:
Large appliances (except refrigerators and freezers (see above)

Dishwashers

Hot water tanks

Universal gyms and exercise equipment

Water bed frames and mattresses

Cars, boats, campers

Console TVs/Stereos

Stove tops

Garbage disposals

Organs
