Albert Edward ZALATORIS (1934-2002)
Don BERTSTROM: Don retired after 25 years in the Air Force, and retired after 20 years with IRS. He lives in Austin, TX. He has 2 boys, a girl, and one granddaughter who all live in TX.
John Viering RAESE Sr.: b. 10 Nov 1933, Elkins, d/o Cleon and Salena Viering Raese, d. 26 Feb 2005, Ruby Mem. Hospital, Elkins, WV. He was formerly married to Wilma Ellis of Elkins; m. 1982 Opal "Jeannie" Sharp, who survives. Also surviving a son John V. Raese Jr., and wife Jeannie of Elkins, a daughter Peggy V. Raese Liggett and husband Harry of Moorefield, and four grandchildren. Dr. Raese graduated from Davis HS, and attended WVU. He earned his doctor of dentistry science from U. of MD School of Dentistry in 1859. He started his practice at Memorial General Hospital with a part-time office in Davis. He was a membr of BPOE Lodge 1135 of Elkins and the WV Dental Association. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery. (Obit: Elkins Intermountain, 1 Mar 2005)
Albert Edward ZALATORIS: 68, died, 17 Dec 2002, in Spring, TX. Born in Davis, 28 Jul 1934, s/o Stella Zalatoris of cincinnati and the late Albert ZALATORIS. He is survived by his wife, Suzette; three childen, Albert ZALATORIS III; elizabeth and Christian; two brothers, Joseph ZALATORIS of Cincinnati, OH, and Carl BRYANT, St. Mary's, WV; and three grandchildren, and his mother in Cincinnati. Albert graduated from WV University with a BS in accounting and finance. He was a first lieutenant in the Army He married Gloria LUCCI.
