| My Second Home |
| This is one of the four schools that I work at. As an added bonus, it's also the only school that I have an actual "real live" office of my very own. All the other schools, I'm just a gypsy carrying my wares around in my rolly backpack (violins humming, people sniffing). So sad. |
| The middle door leads to my office while the far door is the 1st to 3rd ED class and the closest door is the 4th to 5th ED classroom. It seems I am flanked on either side by kids and excitement. It kinda reminds me of Aliens, "There all around me man, they're coming out of the walls." |
| SMA is the oldest school in the district, which is why it is showing some wear around the edges. But I love it here and I have never seen a more dedicated staff than the ones that work here! Back to the tour, I can see the playground from here. I wish I could go play. Alas, I must go to my office now and work. |
| If you look outside from the trailer door, you will see this intriguing trash heap along with run down buildings and low cost apartments. I don't work here for the view. I work here because the district is the best and the staff at this site are phenomenal! Oh, yeah and the trees. Don't forget the trees. |
| Finally, here is my office. Please, come on in and have a seat or rummage thru my desk for a snack. However, you can't go thru my files. You know confidentiality and all. |
| This is the infamous desk where many a child's psycho-educational reports have been penned. See, there is my laptop and all of the other things that help me with deciphering the intricacies of the inner minds of children. Hee, Hee.. this is the real reason I went to college so that I could throw around nifty .50-cent words. |

| As you can see, I have decorated my office with some of my favorite things. I find that when you are surrounded with comforting and beautiful items, it can ease the troubled mind a bit. Plus if I need inspiration, I don't have far to look. |
