1. Entries Accepted starting @ 10:00 a.m. Saturday June 24th
2. Entries close @ 3:00 p.m. Saturday June 24th
3. We have the right to limit entries
4. NO exhibit shall be removed befor 9:00 a.m. Saturday July 1st
5. If an entry should be removed befor then, exhibitor forfeits any award on such entry
6. The department of the fair will

7. Commercially made articles will NOT be accepted for exhibit
8. Cut flowers and baking will be judged, Saturday July1st, @ 3:00 p.m.

10. It is on the above rules that the entries are accepted
11. Judges will be instructed not to award premiums unless articles are worthy of merit. If no competition exists and article is NOT worthy of first premium, it may be awarded SECOND or Third place

ARTS, DRAWING & PAINTINGS

1.NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS IT IS FRAMED,
MOUNTED OR WITH SUBSTANTIAL HANGERS.
We cannot accept picture unless with wire hangers to go over hooks.
2. Only new work (not displayed at fair before) to be shown.
3. Entries must be entered in artist's name.
4. Committee has the right to hang picture to their own wishes.
5. Limit 10 entries per person.
6. Pictures too wet to hang will not be accepted

BAKING

1. Entries close @ 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 24th
2. Judging will be done after 3:00 Saturday, June 24th
3. One portion of Cake, Bread, Cookies, Rolls, Pies will be retained
4. Prize money in Senior and Junior (under 16) divisions
5. All exhibits to be removed by noon on Saturday, July 1st
6. Bring baked item on plate close to size of item
7. NO cream pies or items requiring refigeration
8. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SALE OF BAKED GOODS

PHOTOGRAPHY
Co-Chairpersons: Irene Woodruff, Marian Osborn, Nadine McKee
1. Pictures must have been taken since July, 2005
2. Pictures must not have been exhibited befor at the Daviess Co. Fair
3. Limit of 3 prints per person for each of the 10 categories
4. Prints must be at least 8"x10" - No larger than 11"x14"
    (Advanced/professional class can Not exceed 16"x20")
5. Each print must be mounted on a mount board
6. All prints must be able to be hung
7. Exhibitor's name, address and print classification may appear on      back of print
8. NO NAMES can be seen during judging
9. 4-H S'alon prints 8"x10" will be accepted
10. NO 4-H photography posters accepted
11.Junior Division is anyone under the age of 18 years old
12. Amateur is anyone over the age of 18 & that does't make money taking pictures or that works for a professional
13. Advance/Professional Class-person who work for a professional and uses professional props or those that make money taking pictures and others that use professional props will be judged in the Advanced/Professional Category
14. Prize money will be awared in all 3 Divisions
