| 1. Entries Accepted starting @ 10:00 a.m. Saturday June 24th 2. Entries close @ 3:00 p.m. Saturday June 24th 3. We have the right to limit entries 4. NO exhibit shall be removed befor 9:00 a.m. Saturday July 1st 5. If an entry should be removed befor then, exhibitor forfeits any award on such entry 6. The department of the fair will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXHIBIT NOT REMOVED BY 12:00 NOON ON SATURDAY, JULY 1ST 7. Commercially made articles will NOT be accepted for exhibit 8. Judges will be instructed not to award premiums unless articles are worthy of merit. | 1. Pictures must have been taken since July, 2005 2. Pictures must not have been exhibited befor at the Daviess Co. Fair 3. Limit of 3 prints per person for each of the 10 categories 4. Prints must be at least 8"x10" - No larger than 11"x14" (Advanced/professional class can Not exceed 16"x20") 5. Each print must be mounted on a mount board 6. All prints must be able to be hung 7. Exhibitor's name, address and print classification may appear on back of print 8. NO NAMES can be seen during judging 9. 4-H S'alon prints 8"x10" will be accepted 10. NO 4-H photography posters accepted 11.Junior Division is anyone under the age of 18 years old 12. Amateur is anyone over the age of 18 & that does't make money taking pictures or that works for a professional 13. Advance/Professional Class-person who work for a professional and uses professional props or those that make money taking pictures and others that use professional props will be judged in the Advanced/Professional Category 14. Prize money will be awared in all 3 Divisions |
