| Each contestant must be at least 5 years old by June 1, 2006 and cannot have reached his/her 8th. birthday by July 1, 2006. Contestants must be Daviess County residents. Private interviews with a panel of judges will be held on Saturday, June 3rd, at 9:00a.m. at the Antioch Christian Church, Hwy 50 East, Washington, Indiana. Following the interview sessions, contestants will participate in private group judging of attire, poise, and appearance. Contestants will appear for interviews/judging in khaki/tan shorts, white tee shirts, socks, and tennis shoes. No makeup or jewelry will be allowed. Contestants may choose to participate in parade activities on Saturday, June 24. Contestants will appear on the bandstand on Tuesday, June 287in short dresses (knee or tea length) for girls and dress pants and shirts for boys.
