In the evening, we went to St. Cecilia Badminton Hall because we had a friendly match with Sandakan Teacher's Training College. However, only some of our team member came. We were so disappointed to them because they didn't keep their words. This is the kind of attitude that i hate the most. If they can't come for some personal problem or anything, why didn't they just tell the truth? It is better than let the others keep waiting of them. Although we didn't have enough players, we had to play and i played both in single and double. I failed to win the single straight set but we made it in double.

I bought a CD game for PC at World Club for RM8.00. It is quite cheap if it is compared with games in Kota Kinabalu. In Kota Kinabalu, the cheapest one is RM10.00. I supposed the game was interesting but what a damn day. I bought the expansion CD. I need the original CD to install this game. I was so disappointed to myself because i didn't alert enough when buying something. This was a good lesson for me. Maybe next time when i buy anything i can use my past experience as an example.

I don't remember what i've done in the day time. But in the evening about 7.00 pm-9.00pm we had weekly badminton training. Actually we play thrice a week but i decided to absent because my body was too exhausted. I wanted to have enough rest because i consumed most of my times in sport.

At night my younger brother and i watched our favorite TV program. It was WWE Smackdown.

I realized that my English was not good enough. So i decided to read a book with hope i could improve my English particularly in Grammar. But when i read the book i found out that my English actually wasn't that bad because i could understand all words used there. But i don't know why i have been doubted of my capability.

In the evening as usual i had a tiresome training. I have done this kind of training (bodybuilding) since about six months ago to build up my body shape. Bodybuilding is one of my favorite sport and i have a dream to be a professional bodybuilder one day. Hopefully, if i practice this training continuously, in no time i will see the result as i always hoped.

At night, my two younger brothers and i watched our very favorite TV program, WWE Bottom Line. We have loved watching wrestling since in our childhood. Unfortunately, we can't often watch it as it will be displayed only twice a week in TV3.

I was not feeling very well today. But after i bathed i felt a bit relieved. I read book and played PC games. I also checked my e-mail just if somebody sent me a message. About 11.00 am, i watched Philippine Drama entitled Pengako Sayo. I don't know what does it mean. No matter what it is, i like that drama so much especially the young actress who used a name as Yna. Her real name is Kristine Hermosa. She is really beautiful but in this drama her beauty has not been exposed as she acts just as a common person. Hopefully i will have time to see the whole story or if not i'll try to find the VCD at the nearest outlet.

In the evening I had a bodybuilding training. We also should had a badminton training at SRJK Pea Wah hall but my dad got a meeting with his other sport club. So we decided not to come. Because of that, i made up my evening time by watching a Thai film. I don't know it's title because it written in Thai writing. The only i know is the film is dedicated to someone. Maybe he or she ever been a soldier because this film is about Thai soldier. I was so amused watching that film because the type was mixed of action and comedy. I have loved watching Thai film since i watched the first movie which has been filmed in Thailand entitled Butterfly In Grey.

At night, i couldn't sleep. I tried for hours but failed. My mind was disturbed by an unknown fear. The only thing i could do was praying. I have forgotten to pray at night since months ago. So when i began to pray again, i felt peace in my mind. I felt as if an unknown spirit comforted my heart. Then i decided to read book because when doing so i can easily sleep besides i also could also get some new knowledge from it. In my attempt to sleep, i listened to the radio cassette. I thought when i listened it, i could close my eyes in peace but something i have never expected happened. My memory flew to the year of nineties. Perhaps this was because the songs were playing in the radio have often been my favorite and i often listened it at the middle of the night.

Few minutes later, i no longer realized anything because i fell asleep.

I went to VCD renter shop. I returned all VCD i borrowed last week except for the HULK because my youngest brother hasn't watched it yet. Then i borrowed a Thai movie once again. It's title is Demonic Beauty. I like this movie so much. It is very interesting story. But i felt a bit afraid of that very scary movie. It sound effect was functioning so well with the eerie sound from the ghost and around the background scene. I intended to borrow another VCD within few days.

Actually, before i watched that Thai movie, my younger brother and i had watched a Chinese Movie entitled Prison of Fire. I guess this movie also is the good one. It is about the prisoner who got bad treatment from the officer in the prison. And many gangster groups existed in that prison which was resulted in some prisoners became a victim of the bully.

In the evening, we went to Kim Fung Town to buy PC games. When we arrived there, we were informed that we would get discount because it was a promotion time. Usually a game with single disk was sold for RM8.00 but it's been reduced to RM6.00. If we buy a CD with double or more disk, the second CD and on would be sold for RM5.00. I bought three CD games and i had to pay RM27.00.

My brothers also bought their respective favorite games. Then i bought our favorite sport, World Wrestling Entertainment-Bad blood. Actually i have already known the the results from it's web site but i still wanted to watch the full competition.

After we back home, we watched badminton friendly match (direct telecast) between Malaysia and South Korea. Malaysia won the game 3-2.

After that, we watched wrestling Bad Blood.

I did my ordinary days work. Nothing special i guessed. At first i intended to play badminton but i canceled my desire. Maybe this coming Tuesday.

I woke up about 11.00am. I watched Pangako Sa Yo. At night, my brother and his wife came. They would stay here for a night. I had a training today but i felt my body was too exhausted so i didn't able to complete my one hour training but i thought enough to make me feel better.

At night, only me and one of my younger brother watched wrestling. My two brothers have gone bed because they thought the program would be displayed by tomorrow.

Before i went bed, i had gone for online chatting. I chatted with people from Philippine and Portugal. Because one of my chat-mate was from Philippine, i asked her about Pangako Sa Yo. She said it mean "MY PROMISE TO YOU". I also chatted with a little girl from Portugal. Although she was only 13, she looked like a 15 or 16 years girl. I got to know about it after she had sent me her photo.

I wasn't feeling very well today. I felt like i was going to have a fever. My body felt so weak and i got a bit headache. When i woke up, i realized that my brother and his wife was still here. They were watching TV. After i bathed, i watched my favorite Drama Series Pangako Sa Yo. It was of course amused me so much.

I think, i haven't done much thing today. Maybe it was because i was not so well. I just read stories, played games and listen to the radio.

I intended to play badminton today but my dad didn't take me.

I was not feeling well so i slept almost all day long.

I borrowed two Thai VCD, HEADLESS HERO and DIAL 999-99 99 TO DIE. Then i watched Headless Hero. The other one i would watch tomorrow.

I followed my brother went to Bank. He took some money. After that we went to Kim Fung Town. I asked about my game CD from the Tauke. They found out that it was really broken and it's been changed to the new one.

We also played Play Station 2 for about one hour. It was absolutely very interesting and i wished i owned it.

At night i watched Thai movie which i borrowed yesterday. It was CALL 999-99 99 TO DIE.

My brother got ill in his stomach. When he could not bear it, my dad sent him to the hospital. I was so pity to him. He often got sick in his stomach. I doubt something bad effects his stomach because it's been happened since he was a child.

This weekend i didn't have any plan. At first, my brothers and i intended to go to Kim Fung Town to play PLAYSTATION 2. But we had to canceled our plan for some problem. So we stayed at home and did our ordinary activities.

Actually my sister came here. She asked me to write a letter for her. This Sunday night, we should had our badminton training but i made decision to have one month rest. I want to concentrate on my bodybuilding.

I had been not had bodybuilding training since three days ago for some health problem. So this day i tried to begin it again. I was doing the training for about one hour. I felt much better again after finished it.

Today i decided to take a Master Degree in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. It will be started on November this year. I planned to apply for the course of Strategic Management (MBA). I know the subject is quite tough but no matter what, it is my intention to try my best.

I watched Pangako Sa Yo. It certainly always interesting for me. Then i sent some job applications through e-mail and i asked my sister to send the rest using a fax.

My dad sent me to borrow VCD. It was Thai movie and it's title was Tigress of King River.

At night, my brothers and i watched WWE Bottomline.

I got call from Kota Kinabalu. The caller wasked me to come to their office for the interview. But i told them, i would inform him later.

I returned VCD which i borrowed last time. At the same time, i borrowed another VCD. It was currently the best, i guest so. It's title was TERMINATOR 3.

I got e-mail from Chanida. She told me that if i wanted see her, i have to come to somewhere. She mentioned the place but i never heard about it before.

I watched movie, Terminator 3. Arnold still a great actor. Hope i will have another chance to watch his other movie next time.

At night, we watched WWE Bottom Line. Brock Lesnar & Kurt Angle & Mr. America VS Benjamin & Charlie & The Big Show. Lesnar, Kurt and Hogan lost by their rival.

I received e-mail from Chanida again. She told me that she still care of me and will never change. She reasoned out that she now busy for her study because she is in a final year. I don't know if it is true or she just wanted to make me feel better. She also told me that after she finished her Degree, she would probably take either a Master or just look for a job.

I watched Pangako Sa Yo. It would be the last for this week. I certainly like this Philippine drama series. I wanted to know the whole story in shorter time but it is impossible because it plays only one hour a day, four days a week. Finally i got the good idea. I remembered about the website that contained almost information about Pangako Sa Yo. So i opened it and found the story from episode one until the last episode. I don't remember how many episode but it was nearly four hundreds episode.

I printed some of them and started to read it. It was certainly very interesting and the most important think i would have chance to improve my English. So far i've read from Episode 200-210. Hopefully, after i finished reading it, i won't ever face any difficulty when write or speak in English.

I went to Pea Wah Multi-purposes hall. Me and my others teammates played badminton but i found out that day by day less player came for the training.

At night, my youngest brother Andry and i watched English movie. It's title was Double Impact. Main starring was Jean Claude Van Damme. After that, i read Pangako Sa Yo before i fall asleep.

I woke up late. My dad is supposed to go to Kota Kinabalu today. I updated my website and had one hour bodybuilding training. My brother, Eddie came from his house. After we had lunch, we did our respective business and after that my two younger brothers went out.

At night, i did nothing. Just read some book and after that i went to bed.

We went to Kim Fung Town. We played PlayStation 2. I lost in all games. When we got home, we straight had a meal because we had not eaten since in the morning. I just ate some sweet cake which just made a bit ache in my stomach. I also had not drunk enough water today.

At night, i had a simple bodybuilding training. I was so tired. My brothers and i also played PlayStation 1 which the victories were always in their side for i had just started playing PS games few days ago.

At night also, i found new way how people could choose several midi they would like to play in a website. I though it was new knowledge i gained this day. Although simple and might not necessary but i was something that i should proud of.

As usual, i slept slightly late, about 2.00 am. GOOD NIGHT.

I woke up early when i overheard voices of my brother and his wife. Although today was a public holiday as it was Sunday but they awoke early because my brother would go to Kota Kinabalu. They are supposed to have a game there from Monday to Wednesday. They will return to Sandakan by Thursday.

My other younger brother came. We played Play Station 2. I won once and he won twice. In the evening, he back to his house. He told me he had to cancel his plan to stay here for a night because she hesitant his wife would give a birth.

At night, my youngest brother and i slept without other occupants in this house. I felt a bit awkward because it was first time.

In the early of the morning, my youngest brother awaken me. He grinned at me, so i knew he had a mean of acting like that. My predication was true. He told me that he was feeling lazy about go to school today. Because i had no company at home, i let him of being absent.

In the evening, my brother came. Less than an hour, it was my sister's turn to come. She brought things for us and she handed us some money. Thanks a lot. In no time, my dad came from Kota Kinabalu. He claimed that he had arrived here since 1.00 pm.

At night, my brother who was now in Kota Kinabalu gave me a call. He told me that their team has lost 0-5 to Keningau. That defeat ruined their hope to represent Sabah in the next tournament in Penang next November.

I was alone at home until my youngest brother came from school. I read Pangako Sa Yo synopsis which i download from internet few days ago. Actually, i woke up quite late today. When i got up and saw the watch, it was fifteen minutes before 12.00 noon. That mean i had only ten minutes to watch my favorite drama.

I took decision to have one day rest from doing a bodybuilding training.

In the evening, while i was playing my computer, it suddenly showed me that something wrong was occurring. My drive G which was also my Cd drive stopped responding. When i checked my hardware out, something more terrible happened. My CPU couldn't be booted neither from CD nor floppy. This sort of annoying problem had happened many times but i managed to find the solution. But now i have done everything possible to back it to normal but ended achieving nothing. After my brain got tired, i made decision to send it to Computer Shop tomorrow. So i when i checked my e-mail, i had to use my brother's PC.

I received e-mail from Nida. She of course has been acting so nice to me. She wished me a success in my life and in my future planning. And she also hoped that we would have chance to meet each other on April next year. Maybe, i can't. But i also always hope so.

I read book again until it was too late. Then i played Play Station 2 and after that i went to bed.

I woke up early when when i heard voices from my dad and my brother. My brother actually was preparing himself for school while my dad was ready to send them. I asked my dad to come to our home this morning because i had decided to send it to the computer repairer.

In no time after sending my brother and my stepbrother went to school, my dad came. She was leisurely playing PlayStation 1 while i was preparing myself to go to PC shop (My dad actually on few days leave). But it was still too early, just about 7.30 am. I thought all shops except for the restaurants were still not started their business. So i remembered the information about my PC's problem from internet. Then i opened it and started to read it again carefully. I got the other idea and other comprehension regarding those information. SO i tried to apply it on my computer. Thanks Almighty GOD. I made it. I managed did it successfully although there were some minor problems on it.

At night, my brother and i watched WWE Wrestle Mania. I guessed today's competitions were among the best. Then we watched SIARAN KEMUNCAK LIGA PERDANA MALAYSIA.

I woke up early in the morning. When i switched on my CPU, there was some problem in it. So i used all my knowledge and experiences to repair it. I was lucky because i eventually managed to repair it and also updated some components after formatting the hard drive.

In the evening, my brother came from Kota Kinabalu. He told me that his team was lost and they just successful to be the runner up. This mean, they failed to represent Sabah in Penang this coming September.

When we about to go to Pea Wah Hall to play badminton, my brother and his wife came. Then we played badminton at our ordinary courts. I enjoyed playing it although i had to play with the beginner players.

At night after ate and bathed, we played PS 1. I won once but lost many times. Then i read book before i fell asleep.

When i woke up, my brother and his wife have gone. I received e-mail from Chanida again. She agreed to accompany me when i come to see her next year. I also sent reply of her mail and hope she would reply it soon.

I had a simple bodybuilding today. My sister came and she bought with her newspapers.

I did nothing. At night we watched Majalah 3. Majalah 3 is a documentary which displays many activities, uniqueness, exoticness, history, science and many others to audience. I have liked watching this TV program since few months ago because it gives general knowledge to people.

I also play FIFA 2003, surfing the net and read Pangako Sa Yo. I guess, i have enough knowledge in English now and won't find any difficulty when speaking with others.

Actually, i received a story from May Canta through e-mail. She has often sent me stuffs about Christian. The story she sent me was about a boy who has given his heart and faith to the only savior, Jesus Christ. He however lost his life when crossing a road when hit by a bus driven by a reckless driver but because he has been always talked to Jesus and showed his obedience to Him, he certainly won't worry about his future when Jesus comes again. I was impressed by this story and i decided to send it to my friends.

No special occasion happened today. I just did all my ordinary days work such as reading, watching movie, playing PC games and so on.

In the evening, i prepared myself because i thought we would go to Pea Wah hall to play badminton. Anyway, until late night, my dad still not arrived from a function he attended.

At night, i watched Pangako Sa Yo stories. I laid myself on the floor while reading it. When i got up, i felt ache in my head. I almost collapsed but maybe because i was a strong man, it didn't happen. I took two tablets with hope the pain would be neutralized by it.

Then i decided to take a nap. But as tonight WWE Bottomline would be shown, i reminded my youngest brother to awaken me before the program was started. Less than one minute before it started, my brother awakened me. I felt the pain in my head was over. Hope it wouldn't come again attacking me.

I received e-mail from Chanida. She told me that she couldn't answer all my questions as she was busy for her examination. She just able to answer some of them and the rests would be answered after her exam finished. I replied her e-mail immediately.

At night, i listened for the direct telecast of Radio Sabah about the the football match between Sabah and Melaka. If Sabah won the game, the team still had a chance to be a winner in Premier One Malaysia League providing other three leading teams were lost. However not only Sabah had lost the game 0-2 to Melaka all three leading teams also won their respective match. As a Sabah FC fan, i was quite unhappy and dissatisfied of the result. Much more the new Sabah FC player, Keith Tumb who formerly played in Hong Kong didn't show he had the ability to help Sabah FC. He claimed himself as a Gold Boot Winner but it didn't seem what he said.

At night, after Hindi movie had finished we waited waited for the WWE Smack Down. However we were all disappointed. Maybe it will be shown by tomorrow or Friday.

I read book (Kurikulum Pendidikan Memandu) all day long. I was happy because i would have driving license again soon. If not because of my mistake, i shouldn't have to take it again. However i hope this would be a good lesson for me to more cautiously in the future.

My sister came. She bought many foods for us. I informed her that next week i would sit my writing test for driving.

In the evening, we played badminton in Pea Wah hall. I lost in all games. However i felt better after i got sweating. When I got home, my brothers told me a plug in my room was broken. They told me it happened when my youngest brother was playing PC game and suddenly they heard an explosive somewhere but they didn't sure where the sound came from. When they tried to switch on any electrical appliances using the same plug again, it didn't work. Luckily my PC was still in good condition. I was quite pity to my youngest brother because he looked scared of being blamed of me. It shouldn't be as what he thought because it was an accident and happened without his purpose.

After had a dinner, we watched English movie. It was RONIN. I guessed the film was quite interesting but i just didn't have mood to watch it. So although i watch it, i didn't give fully attention on it. I waited for the Midnight News from TV3 to get some information about the Badminton Championship Tournament results in Birmingham, England but no results had been released. I also waited just if my favorite TV program, WWE Smackdown would be shown tonight but it just disappointed me. So i went bed.
