In this page, i'd like to write a story about how i arrived to University Malaysia Sabah again after about seven months leaving that place. After finishing my practical report on May 2002, i guessed that all my tasks as a university student have accomplished. More over i bet i would pass my final exam. Finally on October 2002, i received an announcement letter from UMS. On that letter together with my final exam results asked me to attend for the

graduation day on 26 and 27 October. As i was a former economics student, my graduation day would be in the morning on 26 October 2002. But before we can attend the graduation day, we had to attend a rehearsal, which was held on 24 October. I was reluctant to go there more early as on that time i was working and it was not a good idea

just leaving my job although i might be given a week leave. But my absence on that rehearsal also will effect the whole ceremony. Furthermore, i had to come early because i must made payment for the convocation fees besides i had to rent a graduation rob. Reluctantly, on 23 October 2002, i went there by bus. My family would come later. At Kota Kinabalu i had stayed at my aunt's house. At first i wanted to stay at a hotel but i thought i just wasted my money.

At my aunt's house i called my friend, Doris. I asked her to wait for me at Kota Kinabalu city tomorrow because we would attend the rehearsal. I hesitate i would stray if i went there alone. The next day, as early as 6.00 am, i woke up from sleep. After took a shower and breakfast i hurriedly took a bus and heading for the city. As promised, Doris was waiting for me there. I wondered why they just wearing a casual dress. Never mind. By mistakes, one of Doris' friends

own a car. So i followed them go to the place where the rehearsal would be conducted. There i met almost all my course mates. They said that i was a bit plump. Do i? There i also met Jaratin and Febian, also Charlie, they were all my house mates. Hello guys, see you again. After the rehearsal finished we went to campus. Wow! Febian possessed a car,

not an ordinary car but a Honda Civic. How lucky he was. I didn't know what job he got until he could buy that expensive car. I was so envious to him. But this just encouraged me to work hard so that one day i also able to own such car. My tasks today have finished. I back to my aunt's house to take a rest. I was so tired. I got calls from my sister in Sandakan. She told me she couldn't come to see the convocation. I was so sad and i intended to give up the graduation day.

Luckily, when she called me back, she managed to settled the problems and she would come. I was so happy.. Thankies! Night passed over. Then came a day, new day.. After bathing, i watched films. I forgot it's title. I actually was waiting for my family from Sandakan. They would come today. About 2.00 pm, my sister called me.

They were arrived. Thanks God they came safely. In a hurry, i went to KK city. There i met them. In a joy, we didn't realize that something bad awaiting for us. Not too bad i mean. It just because we found out that we hard to find empty hotel room to be stayed in. We went from one to the another but still fail. Luckily, we finally find a luxury hotel. It had three rooms.

Enough to be sheltered for ten of us. But we had to pay about RM600.00 for two days. We enjoyed the place so much. We could buy anything we liked at the supermarket down stair. Finally, the day i had waited for came. I worn my best attires and went to the occasion with my dad any sis. Everything were coming and going too fast. I came forward to the stage, and conferred a Degree of Economics (Human Resource Economics). THANKS GOD, THANKS MY FAMILY, THANKS TO MY LECTURERS,

THANKS TO MY FRIENDS, THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO INVOLVED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. I took some pictures outside the halls and at UMS campus. I didn't know when i have chance to come again there. The next day, before we back to Sandakan my youngest brother and i bought PC games. It was Commando II, WWE and two the others. GOOD BYE UMS. I GONNA MISS YOU UMS.
