The Water Fountain Relay Team!
    Doing a  hardcore 360-degree-sip as you're powerwalking; where can another thrill match such a rush as trying to take a sip from ever water fountain in your school only be powerwalking with the exception of running through the gym? Nothing. Kicking ass.
    Here is a map of my school, with the black square showing the location of a fountain (and 2x signifying two fountains in the same area).
A Constitution has been produced, in collaboration with my friend, David Mcguire (we are the creators of the Water Fountain Relay Team):

The Water Fountain Relayers Constitution

We the people of the WFRT, in order to drink from more fountains do ordain and establish to insure domestic thirst quenching, and to secure the liberties and blessing of water.

Article 1: Planning and Organization
  
Section 1. Mapmaking: The power to make fountain routes of the school system is granted to both parties but within 3 days the maps should be presented to the other party.
  
Section 2: Route Planning: The power to plan routes will be granted to both parties, but before enforcement, joint agreement must be obtained and the route should be officially accepted by the other party.

Section 3: Physical Standards: The power to set physical standards so that strokes and movement can be correctly executed is held by David Duke.

Section 4: Expansion: The power to promote and popularize the benevolent practices of the Water Fountain Relay Team, to provide for the common drinking safety, and promote the generic drinkage of the grand and noble assets in coordination to the molecular distribution of H2O is vested in both parties, although actual enforcement might be very difficult to obtain.

Article 2: Official Business

Section 1: Discretion: The power to gauge discretion, or the ability to keen the mission as undercover as possible or plausible is held by David Duke.

Section 2: Induction of official member: The power to induct member as mere followers is held by joint parties, but the appointing of new members to any administrative or supervising positions is herein and forthwith forbidden.

Section 3: Impeachment: The ostracization of any member of the WFRT requires consideration from both parties.

Distribution of Powers

Powers of the Duke:

1. To withhold identity.

2. To propose change in activity.

3. Be worth 3/4 of all the votes, being a democratic, or undemocratic, vote.

1. To veto change in activity

3. To promote healthy distribution of water.

By signing this document, the two parties hereby agree to the stated powers of the two parties, and also the conditions written on the previous document.
