| Data Transfer | ||||
| Assembly of data is a multi-step process. First, the data or information to be utilized is entered into a spreadsheet program. This allows one to manipulate and create a "data set". Once ready for transfer, the data set is placed into a data analysis program such as SPSS. This placement is accomplished through a copy and paste function. After transfer to SPSS, the data set must be further characterized through the setting of descriptives and variable labels for each string of data.
