Y&R's Heather Tom wiped away tears of joy when kid brother David (Billy on Y&R) gave his acceptance speech after winning Outstanding Male Newcomer. "David is an amazing actor - and its not because I'm a biased sister," she laughed.
"I forgot to thank the people I worked with: Jess Walton, David Lago, Ashley Bashioum. When your sitting around the table, all these things are going through your head about what you're going to say if you win. And then you get up there and everything goes right out of your head. And I had written them down and I still forgot."
