TACHYCARDIA ON ECG

wide complexes, regular:

ventricular tachycardia (VT)

supra ventricular tachycardia (SVT) with aberrant conduction, eg. LBBB or RBBB

sinus tachycardia with aberrant conduction

multiform paroxysmal VT (torsades de pointes)

accelerated idioventricular rhythm (AIVR)

WPW syndrome with antegrade conduction

wide complexes, irregular:

atrial fibrillation (AF) with aberrant conduction

narrow complexes, regular:

supraventricular tachycardia

sinus tachycardia

atrial flutter [at rate ~150/min with regular 2:1 conduction]

narrow complexes, irregular:

atrial fibrillation

atrial flutter with variable block
