Guillain-Barre syndrome

lung disease:

tuberculosis

severe pneumonia

chronic suppuration

pulmonary fibrosis

drugs:

tricyclic antidepressants

opiates

phenothiazines

cyclophosphamide

chlorpropamide

oxytocin

barbiturates

nicotine

vincristine

carbamazepine

NSAIDs

other / miscellaneous:

postoperative state

following mechanical ventilation

schizophrenia

acute intermittent porphyria
