thyrotoxicosis

healthy adult [<40 yr. old; resting bradycardia and large stroke volume]

decreased ventricular compliance or increased inflow:

ventricular failure

cardiomyopathy

constrictive pericarditis

mitral regurgitation

tricuspid regurgitation
