trauma

radiation

cytotoxic treatment

bilateral orchidectomy

malignant disease (metastases or 1° )

maldescended / undescended testes

haemochromatosis

infections:

tuberculosis

gonorrhoea

syphilis

mumps

testosterone antagonism:

liver failure

oestrogens

cyproterone

idiopathic oligospermia
