Recruited as Permit to Work Controller, in 16 months I processed 800+ permits as Responsible Supervisor or Area Authority, covering 7 million manhours without Lost Time Injury.
Other highlights - Shutdown and modification work to condensate systems, no spark work in explosive atmospheres, hot work in hazardous areas, vessel entry, removal of tube bundles from reboilers & heat exchangers, 400 personnel working at height.
