Often, people have asked me what part of Final Fantasy 7 do I like the most. I can't say, because I've never played the game before. Now, I know what you're thinking: how come you have so much stuff on a game you've never played? The reason for this is due to the fact that I can't stand RPG trademarks: HP, MP, and random battle sequences. That kind of stuff is too boring to me. Even though the characters are awesome, the movies are tight, the storyline is amazing, and the music is genius, I couldn't get by all the random battles. When I play video games, I actually like to control my character, not direct him. I don't know, I just couldn't put up with it. And if I can have access to all the cool stuff without having to go through the crap, that's fine with me! I hope that you enjoy all of the songs and the wallpapers. Chess Club Constitution
Article I: Upon determining schedules for certain meetings.
Clause 1: Meetings will be held each Monday of each week.
Clause 2: If there happens to be an in-service day, holiday, or if the sponsor is not present on any certain Monday, then the meeting will be held on the following day.
Article II: Upon distributing power amongst several authorities.
Clause 1: Presidents will be chosen by popular consensus each year.
Clause 2: The president�s job will be to direct each meeting. He will also be responsible for communicating with both citizens of the chess club and members of other schools for events and competitions. He will also be responsible for making announcements on the intercom the day of each meeting to remind other members.
Clause 3: There will also be a vice president appointed by the people each year by popular consensus.
Clause 4: The vice president�s job will be to take the place of the president if and only if the president is absent.
Clause 5: If the president is to die or somehow be unable to fulfill his duties, the vice president will take his place and a special election will be held on the next meeting in order to determine the new vice presidential position.
Clause 6: A secretary will be chosen each year by popular consensus.
Clause 7: The secretary�s job will be to keep track of all the money available and will also be responsible for major purchases that must be approved by the sponsor. The secretary will also be in charge of recording the outcomes of matches. The secretary will determine the method of recording matches.
Clause 8: Members are required to attend as many meetings as possible. Members will play an average of at least one game per week. If dues are instated, they must be paid by a determined date.
Clause 9: When the dues of the members are not in use, they will be stored in a safe box or a locked container provided and kept by the sponsor.
Clause 10: The sponsor is given complete and utter supremacy and is the only one that may abuse or ignore the laws of the constitution. However, if the people are unhappy with the sponsor, the people may rebel and revolt; thus dissolving the chess club or transferring it under the power of a new sponsor.
Article III: Upon the registration of members.
Clause 1: Registering members must confirm their allegiance to the chess club by signature, agreeing to abide by the laws of the constitution.
Clause 2: Members are required to play at least an average of one game per meeting. If a member is unable to retain his average, he will still remain a part of the club. However, he will be denied by the sponsor in signing credit of participation in the chess club.
Article IV: Upon amending the constitution.
Clause 1: The president or the sponsor may choose to hold a special leadership meeting on a Friday if there is need to amend or change any part of the constitution.
Clause 2: Amendments ratified in the constitution are contingent upon popular consensus amongst the chess club leadership and approval by the sponsor.
