To Each His Own If I appear peculiar, There's nothing I can do, You must accept me as I am, I cannot change the way I am, I never really try, God made me different and unique, I never ask him why. As I've accepted you. God made a casting of each life, Then threw the old away. Each child is different from the rest, Unlike as night from day. So often we will criticize, The things that others do, But, do you know, they do not think The same as me and you. So God in all his wisdom, Who knows us all by name, He didn't want us to be bored; That's why we're not the same. ~ Author unknown

THE WARRIOR This morning my thoughts traveled along To a place in my life where days have long since gone Beholding an image of what I used to be As visions were stirred and God spoke to me He showed me a Warrior a soldier in place Positioned by Heaven, yet I saw not the face I watched as the Warrior fought enemies That came from the darkness with destruction for me I saw as the Warrior would dry away tears As all of Heaven's Angels hovered so near I saw many wounds on the Warriors face Yet weapons of warfare were firmly in place I felt my heart weeping my eyes held so much As God let me feel the Warrior's prayer touched I thought " how familiar" the words that were prayed The prayers were like lightening that never would fade I said to God "please the Warrior's name" He gave no reply, He chose to refrain I asked, Lord, who is broken that they need such prayer?" He showed me an image of myself standing there Bound by confusion, lost and alone I felt prayers of the Warrior carry me home I asked "Please show me Lord. this Warrior so true" I watched and I wept, for Mother..... the Warrior-was you!
He Giveth More Grace He giveth more grace when the burdens grow greater, He sendeth more strength when the labors increase; To added affliction He addeth His Mercy To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace. His Love has no limit; His grace has no measure; His power no boundary known unto men; For out of His infinite riches in Jesus He giveth and giveth and giveth again Annie Johnson Flint

HE MAKES NO MISTAKE My Father's way may twist and turn, My heart may throb and ache, But in my soul I'm glad I know, He makes no mistake. My cherished plans may go astray, My hopes may fade away, But still I'll trust my Lord to lead For He does know the way. Though night be dark and it may seem That day will never break; I'll pin my faith, my all in Him, He makes no mistake. There is so much now I cannot see My eyesight is far too dim; But come what may, I'll simply trust And leave it all to Him. For by and by the mist will lift and plain it all He will make Through all the way, though dark to me, He made not one mistake. A.M. Overton
ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS Onward, Christian Soldiers! Marching as to war, With the cross of Jesus Going on before; Christ, the royal master, Leads against the foe; Forward into battle, See, His banners go! Onward, Christian Soldiers! Marching as to war, With the cross of Jesus Going on before. Like a mighty army, Moves the Church of God: Brothers (and Sisters), we are treading, Where the saints have trod; We are not divided, All one body we, One in hope, in doctrine, One in Charity.
