PLEASE BE AT FIELDS 25 MINUTES BEFORE GAME TIME!
PRACTICES:

Please wear shin guards and bring a ball (#5) and water! TREATS: On your day, bring a non-caffeine beverage & a snack/treat ETC: Please make certain your son wears his shin guards, his socks OVER them, and his jersey and pants. MAKE CERTAIN HE BRINGS HIS ALTERNATE JERSEY (CREAM COLORED T-SHIRT)
If it is cold/raining, bring warm, dry clothing (sweats, parkas, etc.). They may wear sweat shirts & pants under their jersey; better is to wear OVER the uniform, and take the sweat pants off when they go in the game. Large umbrellas are also good. Have your son bring a water bottle, and have him eat a GOOD early breakfast (bagels are good) on game day, plenty of liquids, fruits and veggies. Pasta the night before, for dinner, is excellent! Games last about an 80 minutes total, 40 minutes a half, 11 a side including a goalie. No Smoking or pets at any of the fields (League and country rules). Oh, and teach your sons: SWEARING IS A (NO RED CARDS!!!)RED CARD!!! Last year our sportsmanship was good! So... be happy, have fun, and let coach Dave coach ... PLEASE BE NICE TO THE REFS!!! THANK YOU!!! Thank you!
