| As I was heading down the hill, I looked behind me and saw the smoke from the brush fire on the next mountain range over, rise up behind the Hollywood sign in this somewhat apocalyptic view! If it weren't for the smoke, the sky would have been blue. |

| (Below) Another smoky view - all quite beautiful. I haven't listened to the radio today so don't know if any personal property was damaged. Hopefully not. Next time I come here, I'll get a photo of me with the buddipole and the Hollywood sign in the background. I know Budd would love that! |
