SAVAGE TOURISTS
In 2004, this is where you will find gig info, MP3 downloads, pics, lyrics to ST songs,
and more!

The demo was recorded live with limited overdubs late in 2003. It was mixed
& mastered by Mark Dann at Mark Dann Recording, New York.
The disc kicks off with SAVAGE TOURISTS' rousing "ALL WE NEED," followed by
the introspective "FOOTSTEPS," and closes with the lively, retro-inspired
"THAT'S ALRIGHT WITH ME."
In between, ST pay tribute with a nod to Jimmy Reed, providing an update
to "AIN'T THAT LOVING YOU, BABY " and turn sexual stereotypes on their head
with an economically raucous reworking of the Davis-Gordy-Woods composition
made famous by Etta James, "SEVEN DAY FOOL."
In this program, intended as a brief glimpse of what is to come, SAVAGE TOURISTS
clearly establish that whether live or in the studio, they will provide a soundtrack
to make you want to dance as well make you want to think, a rare combination
in today's turbulent times.
