Dear Friends and Relatives,
This letter may look "in general"
but I can assure each of you that you are all in my thoughts..This letter
is to thank everyone that sent a card or just had me in their thought's
and prayer's.
At this point, I was released
from the hospital about 40 hours ago and really cannot muster the energy
at this time to send thanks to each and every one of you. I
would like to say though that I believe that I have seen the power of prayer!
On Friday, I could not get out of my bed unless I had 2 people to lean
on and even then, it would take 10 minutes to catch my breath again just
from going from my bed to a chair right next to my bed. By Monday eve,
I was walking out of the hospital after an overall stay of almost 17 days.
Some people close by, I'm told, had some humourous moments while I was
in the hospital. There are stories that will be told of my ordeal that
make me up as a crack-pot, but then again, I guess that in some cases,
surgery and drugs go hand-in-hand to bring out the "strangies. But
then again , I was just faking the whole ordeal just to get attention.
Ha-ha, faked everyone out!
Oh well, again, I just wanted
to say thanks, take care and May God Bless you and yours,
Scott
